BR Forums are a platform for NASSCOM member companies to meet, interact and share information and resources regarding business responsibility. Member companies are invited to actively participate and share their knowledge, skills and expertise in improving and expanding the work that they might be carrying out individually. The aim is to maximize the industry’s impact leading to overall sustainable development. These forums ensure that interests of all relevant stakeholders are articulated and discussed openly. Archana has 12+ years of work experience in working with local NGOs, international voluntary organizations and funding agencies. Prior to Cisco she worked with Wipro, Vodafone and SAP as their CSR Head for India. Her core expertise includes CSR strategy and planning, project execution, corporate giving and fundraising, sustainability reports, NGO partnership and employee engagements.

Dinni has 12+ years of experience in most aspects of IT delivery. He now leads and is responsible for anchoring and supporting key initiatives within the Sustainability Charter at Wipro – which span environmental programs, education, supply chain and disclosures among others.

Karmesh has 12 years of experience in IT-BPM sales pan North America and India. Currently, his projects focus on women empowerment via BPM and Impact Sourcing. He is actively working to generate awareness and propagate impact sourcing as a business model.

Prabhu has extensive experience in leading/managing multi-geographical strategic initiatives, programs & projects and continues to lead strategic initiatives at EY including its CSR initiative. Aligned with EY CR strategy, the CSR initiative falls under two broad categories: Supporting the community (community engagement, education, entrepreneurship) and Managing the environment (environmental sustainability).

He is an active member of NASSCOM, AMCHAM and CSR Leader for ITsAP (IT & ITeS Industry Association of Andhra Pradesh). He is also a founding member of United Way of Hyderabad, a global nodal body that coordinates not-for-profit work in communities across the world.

Kirti is an MBA (HR), IT Certified - ITIL V3, ITSM, CIPM and Naturopath. Kirti treats people for chronic diseases in his leisure time with CAM.
Dr. Loveleen Kacker,

Dr Kacker has worked for 32 years in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), where she held positions like Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development (MoWCD), Government of India (GoI), and Secretary, School Education; Secretary, Tribal Welfare; Director, SCERT; and Director, ATI, Government of Madhya Pradesh. She has to her credit various publications and has penned down a few novels and stories for children, which fetched her national acclaim. She also led India’s largest study on child abuse, Study on Child Abuse: India, which was published by MoWCD, GoI, in 2007.
