Debjani Ghosh is vice president in the Sales and Marketing Group and managing director for South Asia at Intel Corporation. Based in India, she is responsible for establishing new growth areas for Intel in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. She works with governments and industry in these countries to establish policies and initiatives that help accelerate the adoption of technology in the region, especially as an enabler of inclusive growth and development.
Debjani joined Intel in 1996 as a marketing communications executive charged with developing a consumer marketing program in India. Subsequently, she set up and managed Intel's education programs across the Asia Pacific region. Before assuming her current role, she had served as Southeast Asia marketing manager, as country manager for Malaysia, and most recently, as director for Southeast Asia.
Padmaja Ruparel has built the organization from inception back in 2009. The angel network has over 130 investors and has invested in various companies, the latest being Consure and before that, Hashcube. Padmaja has been a key figure in the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem from the time she setup TiE Delhi Chapter which was the first TiE chapter in India (and has also won the best chapter award globally for last 4 consecutive years). Padmaja also revived the Indian Venture Capital Association post which she formed IAN.
Sanjay leads the Bangalore Research Lab for Accenture. Sanjay is responsible for Software Engineering R&D in Accenture. Lab is currently focused on areas like Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics/ NLP, Conversational Agents, Software Analytics and Software Engineering of Intelligent Applications. As part of this Research activity, Sanjay leads a team of Data Scientist and Software Engineering Experts to deliver greater Automation and Augmentation of Software Engineering activities.
Sanjay has built a powerful Open innovation ecosystem for joint R&D with leading academics in India and US. In addition, Sanjay is a Governing Council Member of Digital India IoT Center of Excellence.
Sara is leading the national scale up of BBC Media Action’s mobile health services in Indian with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, state government and a coalition of donors and partners.
Sara leads the development of all mobile and internet outputs for BBC Media Action in India. She is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of the new media elements of Shaping Demand and Practices, a Gates Foundation-funded intervention designed to significantly reduce maternal and infant mortality in Bihar as part of the Ananya program. Sara has scaled these services to Odisha with support from DFID and state government; and to Uttar Pradesh with support from BMGF and state government. She launched two of these mobile health services nationally with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and funding from a consortium of donors in January 2016.
Puneet comes with 16 years of experience across various functions of an ITES organization. He is the Chief People as well as the Chief Administrative Officer for Mphasis. Shared services like HR, IT, Admin, Procurement, Travel, Immigration, Risk, Projects and Transportation.
In addition, he heads the Mphasis Payment Managed Services SBU which is the new SBU that is delivering the Ministry of Finance project for installing 14,000 ATM across 6 states on transaction base model.
Puneet has also worked in Sales across regions (India, Middle East & Europe), integration of large organization, running large operations and shared services across geographies, managing budgets and procurement to the tune of $400 million.
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Executive Chairman and Founder of 5F World, a platform for Skills, Start-ups and Social Ventures in the country. He is also Chairman of Global Talent Track, a pioneer in Employability Skills Training in Asia.
Ganesh has two significant corporate success stories to his credit - APTECH a global training major which he led for ten years and Zensar Technologies, a global software success story which he led as its Vice Chairman & CEO till early 2016.
Ganesh’s industry responsibilities include Chairman of NASSCOM Foundation, President of the HBS Club of India and a member of the National Council of the CII. Ganesh is a Global Board Director of Social Venture Partners and Convener of SVP Pune.
