Six month long process for the selection of the NASSCOM Social Innovation Forum winners includes a phase of on-site verification of shortlisted projects. The projects shortlisted by the Initial Jury panel are visited by NASSCOM Foundation’s resource persons to appraise them on the ground.

Investment Banking Consultant turned entrepreneur, Abhishek works in the areas of Social Innovation, Quality Education (Rural & Urban), ICT and Livelihood programs aligned with PPP model with the State Government and Corporate (CSR). His company, Whiz Mantra is engaged in project consultancy and implementation of large scale demographic survey and valuation of land / homesteads.
Bipin has worked in sales and marketing in IT, Telecom / ITeS domain for the past 14 years. He has co-founded two companies in the last few years, the last one being a rural BPO in Uttarkhand –eGramServe BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. eGramServe provides data processing services and e-pub services.
Chirag Arora is member of technical staff at VMware India. Chirag is also the India Citizen Council lead for the VMware Foundation and helps driving the foundation charter in their Bangalore centre for last couple of years. The VMware Foundation’s giving is rooted in a philosophy called Citizen Philanthropy – which is about democratizing giving back to our global communities. Through Chirag’s work, he brings together a unique blend of technical expertise and social sector experience.
Guest Faculty at University of Rajasthan in the Department of Social Work, and guest faculty at Disha School for Special Children, Jaipur Krishan has a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a specialization in Dalit and Tribal Social Work & Social Policy and Planning. He has been part of many national level social movements and has worked with grassroot level programs for many years.
Matouleibi is a livelihoods and community development professional with over seven years’ experience of working on government projects and larger projects of NGO's. Her main experiences are in the field of rural and urban livelihoods development with a special focus on natural resource based livelihoods developing.
Neeta has over 10 years of experience spanning all areas of corporate communications. Prior to joining the Verizon Corporate Communications team, she worked with Capgemini as India CSR Coordinator. She has previously worked for Fujitsu Consulting India and some of the top notch Public Relations agencies in India and has professional achievement credentials in different areas of internal as well as external communications and corporate social responsibility.
Rajeev has over 17 years of experience spanning all areas Information Technology. Rajeev has worked across many geographies and volunteered as a coordinator for NASSCOM Foundation Initiatives in Mumbai. His main interest is in the field of rural livelihoods development with a special focus on Rural Youth Development.
Sridhar has 23+ years of rich and versatile experience across various verticals. His career spanned across Indian Air Force, Manufacturing, IT and Business Consulting which includes an entrepreneurial stint for 3.5 years. Sridhar volunteered as a coordinator for IT Industry CSR Forum in Hyderabad for 3 years. He has signed up as a volunteer with Lead India 2020 Foundation and is a Mentor with BYST, helping new entrepreneurs. He drives the Leadership development program TAF Leadership Gym at The Atlanta Foundation.
