V.Rajkumar was studying 12th std in PSBB matriculation higher secondary school near the mangadu center. He joined to study the NDLM course in our center and has completed the exam successfully.
He is studying +2 (Commerce group) and doesn’t have a computer at home and even doesn’t know how to use the internet on a mobile. His Father has a Travel Agency.
He joined our NDLM Center to know about digital devices and make use of them. He was a quick learner. He wanted to know how to use the internet in his dads smart phone so he brought his phone and learned on it. Soon he was good with the multiple devices like computer, laptop and smart phones.
He started helping his father connect with this customers using his mobile through whatsapp. He created the whatsapp group in his father’s mobile to communicate with his customers, now he can easily find the customers and retain his regular customer. He is planning to create a Facebook group so that he can place the photos of the tours and introduce new plans to the customers. He is working on the plan right now.
