District Fisherman’s Youth Welfare Association was not technically sound in the area of fish harvesting. Due to this fact, they were not able to utilize their resources properly. Dr. Uttam Vishen who is an ICAR Scientist from Madhya Pradesh came forward and volunteered by providing technical training to their 3 trainers through the internet. Now, these technically sound trainers are able to train others and help in increasing their own efficiency along with 50% rise in the Productivity.
