My Kartavya: A platform helping to build skills in Volunteers

New experiences give new perspectives!

Once upon a time..

Ashna Rathour, a student, who has been working with NASSCOM Foundation as a social media intern had some interesting learning and experiences during her internship. While working on a project, she had the opportunity to work and interact closely with SPARSH, an NGO working towards eradicating the myths in the Gadchiroli Village about Goakars.

A Wish Comes true!

Working on this project has definitely uplifted her social media skills which she always wanted to learn. Throughout her journey on this project, one thing that Ashna observed, is that people from NGO’s such as SPARSH are doing great work in bringing change in the rural areas however, these are still not being recognized in a big way by our millennials today.

And she lived happily ever after

Ashna strongly feels that social media is a great platform for promoting such initiatives so that our youth can be inspired and volunteer to be a part of this change. She was grateful to be a part of this initiative and the volunteering opportunity.

“Working in this project has definitely uplifted my skills of social media promotion” – Ashna Rathour
