Responsible for planning, development and implementation of organization’s social media communication strategies, marketing activities, both external and internal. Complements the efforts of the team and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization. The position reports to the Head of Communications. This position works closely with the senior management team in charting the direction of the organization, assuring its accountability and ensuring its effective operation. The incumbent will be responsible to instil a communication and PR led ethos throughout the organization.

A key member of the senior leadership team, s/he will have independent responsibility for all programs of NASSCOM Foundation in respective regions. S/He will be managing senior stakeholder relationships in funding organizations and be overall responsible for delivery of those programs per agreed objectives & timelines. S/He will be leading project teams and also managing projects independently (depending on the project scope, size, requirements).
