NASSCOM Foundation MyKartavya invites individuals and organizations to help join the fight against COVID – 19

These are truly testing times. The spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID -19) across the world, over the last couple of months continues to affect all of us. Tackling COVID-19 could be the biggest challenge the world has had to face in recent times with most countries infected by the hundreds.

As India too goes under lock-down to help contain the highly infectious COVID -19, there are people from all walks of life getting affected both financially and emotionally. The most affected of them are the daily-wagers, the homeless and the underserved communities.

The Indian technology industry has always been at the forefront of providing relief whenever disaster has struck. NASSCOM Foundation, as a representative of the technology industry is working tirelessly with its partner NGOs to provide support to the people in underserved communities and requests for the whole industry and its associates for its selfless contributions in India’s fight against COVID-19.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

The ministry of Corporate Affairs announced on 23rd March 2019 that funds spent on measures to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak will be counted towards the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity of companies.

NASSCOM Foundation can help you create special community based CSR initiatives to fight against COVID-19. The initiatives can range from health and hygiene of a special community to providing innovative technology solutions to tackle COVID-19.

NASSCOM Foundation will work with its network of on-ground partner NGOs to bring your work on fight against COVID-19 to fruition.
